What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?
Julu Jewelry accepts orders through PayPal and by check or money order.
Orders will not ship until your check clears.

Do I have to pay taxes?
An 8% sales tax will be charged on all Texas orders.

How Much Is Shipping?
The shipping costs depend on the number and weight of the items you place in your cart. It can be calculated once you add items to your cart.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes, I love my international customers. If your country is not listed in the menu, please contact me and I will add it.
Orders going International will be delivered USPS First-Class Mail®
International which can take 1-2 weeks arrival time once shipped.

How Long Does It Take You To Ship?
Orders usually ship in 1-2 days unless it is a custom order. Custom orders take at least 1 week to complete.

How Do You Package the Jewelry?
Each piece of jewelry is placed in a kraft colored cotton-filled box tied with aqua ribbon.
The ribbon color may change for the holidays.
Pearl earrings or small studs are packed in a smaller glossy teal box with silver ribbon. Sometimes I will pack 3 pairs of studs together in the same box. If you would prefer me not to, please let me know.

What is your return policy?
Though I hope you will love my jewelry, sometimes it doesn't work out.
Please contact me asap, and I will let you return the item within 14 days of receiving it.
Returned item(s) must be in original condition and packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Seller is not responsible for lost return packages.
